Nationwide Digital Products offers various levels of technical support for our entire product line of conferencing, document and telecommunication products.
Where possible our solutions are delivered so that we have remote support/notification of any issues or problems, possibly even before you know about them. These can include anything from minor/major system alarms, conferencing equipment support, printer service, phone system support to notifying us that you are getting low on a particular toner for your multifunction printer.
We are able to offer support agreements that guarantee response times and offer peace of mind so that no matter how old your hardware is you know that we will be there to keep your business running. Support agreements also enable you to budget for the life of your product, even including running costs.
Obviously our industry trained technicians are there to provide remote support and onsite technical support if and when required.
